10 - Osiris Program 11 Days 10 Nights
Cairo - Luxor - Aswan

Day 1
Meet and assist transfer from Cairo airport to your selected hotel, dinner and overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2
Morning after breakfast depart to Memphis the first capital of ancient Egypt to see the biggest statue in Egypt over 800 tons,made of single piece of rock and the famous alabaster sphinx, then to Saqqara where stands the step pyramid which is the first pyramid built in Egypt by king Zoser in 2800 B.C. after lunch the tour continues to Giza pyramids which have been considered one in the great wonders of the world, valley temple and the great sphinx which has kept its secrets for centuries. (Optional excursion to assist for sound and light show at Giza pyramids)

Day 3
Depart after breakfast to the Egyptian museum containing over 120000 pieces of pharaonic history, each piece is considered a masterpiece with its own story including the magnificent Tutankhamen collection after lunch the tour continues to the citadel, a fortress built in 1167 A. D, it houses important monuments including the alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali Gawhara palace then the day finishes with a visit to khan el khalili bazaars. Check out from the hotel transfer to Giza rail station overnight in sleeper train to Luxor.

Day 4
Enjoy your first Egyptian sunrise, followed by a visit to the west bank to the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the queens, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. . Afternoon sailing and overnight stay at Esna.

Day 5
Morning departure to Edfu where you will visit the extraordinary Temple of Horus, the mythical son of Isis and Osiris. Here according to myth, Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by defeating his father's brother Seth in combat. Sail on to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris and then onto Aswan and stay overnight.

Day 6
Visit the High Dam -finished in 1971; it has ensured up to three harvests a year. The unfinished obelisk - still rooted to the bedrock of granite and the temple of Isis on Phila Island.

Day 7
Relax and enjoy a trip in traditional felucca around Elephantine Island which will lead you to the Botanical Gardens on general Kitchener Island. Visitors there enjoy the beautiful flowers imported from Africa, India and the Far East. Sail and overnight at Esna.

Day 8
Visit the partly excavated Temple of Khnoum at Esna, dedicated to the ram -headed god Khnum, who was the patron god of the cataracts who fashioned mankind from Nile clay on his potter's wheel. Sail back to Luxor and overnight.

Day 9
Tour of the East Bank with a visit of Luxor Temple, originally joined to Karnak by an avenue of sphinxes. Visit Karnak which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the temple of Amon after lunch disembarkation Meet and transfer to Luxor rail station stay overnight in sleeper train back to Cairo

Day 10
Meet and transfer to your hotel. Free day in Cairo. (an optional excursion to Fayoum city, 90 km south of Cairo, where the best place to see the real Egyptian atmosphere, visit Greco Roman sites, and enjoy the view of Karoun lake, ) overnight.

Day 11
Check out from the hotel Transfer to the international airport of Cairo and final departure.

1- 2 night at hotel in Cairo based on B. B.
2- 2 night in sleeper train based on half board.
3- 6 nights on board of 5 stars cruise on full board.
4- All visits as mentioned in program.
5- Transportation in private air-conditioned car.

The program not includes the following services:
